Monthly Parking FAQ's

Q: When can I park?

A. For the 5-day agreement you can park Monday to Friday.
For the 7-day agreement you can park Monday to Sunday

Q: Can I leave my car overnight?

A. You can park overnight within your contracted period

Q: Do I get a pass to access the car park?

A. No, the car park is ‘barrierless’ and access is via ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition), please ensure your vehicle registration number is correct

Q: Can I park my car on Stadium event days?

A. For the 7 day agreement you can park throughout the event, for the 5 day agreement you can park up until 4 hours before the start of the Stadium event, please also note the next couple of FAQs

Q: How come I’ve been asked to find alternative parking for a major Stadium event?

A. As per our Terms & Conditions, we advise that there may be special occasions where we ask you to find alternative parking at your own cost, this is a very rear occurrence

Q: Will I get my money back for not being able to park?

A. No, we do not reimburse for these days as per our Terms and Conditions

Q: Can I pay for more than one months parking?

A. Yes, you can select the Direct Debit option on the booking page

Q: Can I get a refund on my Parking agreement?

A. Refunds can only be given on full months remaining

Q: Can I change the car reg on my Monthly agreement?

A. Yes you can amend your car reg online by logging in to your account
